Refund and Returns Policy

  • Shipping costs will be calculated individually per shipping order during processing an order. This is due to the fact that each system is unique and requires individualized packaging, shipping materials, insurance, and cost of postage.  All shipping will be done through the US Postal Service 3-5 Day Priority Mail.
  • Non- special orders will be processed within 1-5 business days unless otherwise specified.
  • We are responsible for placing a working unit in the box. If for some reason the unit is defective on arrival and unrelated to the shipping process we will pay for the cost of return shipping.
  • If damage is due to shipping, carrier insurance will cover the replacement cost. It is recommended to document any obvious package damage or internal damage while unpacking. Taking photographs before and during unpacking is recommended.
  • If there is a system failure within the first six months we will pay for return shipping and do the necessary repairs or replace the unit completely.
  • Due to the fragile nature of glass we understand there is some risk of glass damage or breakage. If the glass component is damaged during shipping we will replace the glass with like glass at no cost. If the glass breaks while in use and in the device we will replace the glass with another piece of equal value. If the glass is damaged after arrival and not related to the device we will offer a discount on a replacement piece.
